WHO WE ARE
Betsy Puig, Owner"I have worked with dogs professionally for many years. Through positions at boarding kennels, a dog walking service and the Humane Society, I have dedicated my life to helping dogs and cats. It is important to me that all dogs are as happy as they can be.
Pets lives can be difficult. Imagine you are kept in a house and perhaps a yard for your entire life. How bored would you be? They don't have much say or control over their predicament. I like that I can contribute to their lives by coming and walking them in what is often a long day without stimulation.
Dog walking isn't as easy as it sounds. Doing it well requires dependability, time management and heartiness in difficult weather. I enjoy using my skills to benefit dogs. It can be hairy, physically demanding and sometimes very messy, but it is the most rewarding work I have ever done.
Dogs are all different and that's what I love about them. I am as eager to walk them as they are to walk. Giving them a good walk makes a real difference in the owners' lives as well. I like taking some of the worry out of their lives. We all want to take care of our dogs as best we can. I help people do that."
