The software we use to keep scheduling straight is called Petsitclick. It is a portal for you to schedule services, check services and update your information. 


USING THE PETSITCLICK SOFTWARE


When you sign up for services with Go Dog Rockford we ask you to make up a password for the Petsitclick site (Older clients were given theirs). You can then log in to the Client Portal.


Here are the steps to making sure you receive your  services:


1) Schedule through the portal. 


2) Make sure you receive a message from us confirming that we are scheduling your service.


3) You will receive a Service Confirmation with the days, dates and times. If you do not receive this Service Confirmation within a couple of days or within a day if you are scheduling for the next day, please contact us. This confirmation is the only way to make sure that we have scheduled your service correctly so please check to make sure it's correct.


4) Within an hour after your service you will receive a note via email with details about your walk. If you do not receive this please contact us.
